All products sold by Frontier Enterprises are digital products — specifically, online video courses delivered through Systeme.io. Course access is granted to you personally and is non-transferable. You may not share, redistribute, resell, or reproduce any course content in any form. All course content is the intellectual property of Frontier Enterprises and is protected by copyright law. Frontier Enterprises makes no guarantees regarding specific outcomes from completing our courses, as results will vary based on individual effort and skill level.

Age restrictions apply: Frontier Enterprises does not permit those under 18 to use the Service. We do our best to restrict access to our Site, products, and services to minors. Any subscriber who does not meet these criteria will be immediately removed from our database upon discovery. Any customer who does not meet these criteria will be reimbursed and access to the product(s) concerned will be revoked.

By placing an Order for Products through the Service, you warrant that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts and that you are at least 18 years of age.

Prices are indicated in US dollars. The price of items can be changed at any time. However, the price applied to an order will be the one stated at the time of the order.

If you wish to place an Order for Products available on the Service, you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your order including, without limitation, your name, your email address, your country, your zip/postal code, and payment information. Payment is processed securely through Systeme.io — Frontier Enterprises does not store or have access to your full card details.

You represent and warrant that: (i) you have the legal right to use any credit or debit card(s) or other payment method(s) in connection with any Order; and that (ii) the information you supply to us is true, correct, and complete.

By submitting such information, you grant us the right to provide the information to payment processing third parties for the purpose of facilitating the completion of your order.

Payment is due immediately on the date of the order. Payment can be made through the methods available at checkout via Systeme.io, which may include major credit and debit cards and other online payment options. Payment cards are subject to validation checks and authorization by your card issuer. If we do not receive the required authorization, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery of your order.

Because our products are digital and access is granted immediately upon purchase, all sales are final unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase. If a money-back guarantee is offered on a specific product, the terms of that guarantee will be clearly stated on the relevant sales page and honored upon request within the stated period by contacting us at hello@madehomestudio.com.

Delivery of your course is made digitally to the email address you specified when placing your order. Please pay particular attention to the spelling of the email address you enter. Access instructions will be sent immediately upon payment confirmation. In the event of a delivery failure, contact us at hello@madehomestudio.com and we will ensure you receive access to your purchased product.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will make reasonable efforts to provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, in whole or in part, please stop using the website and the Service.
